I picked these up from the market last night and couldn't wait to bring them home!
Isn't it amazing how a small bunch of flowers can inspire you to change the look of the entire room? Bringing in pillows and other lovely objects from other rooms and closets, and God knows how much stuff we have in our closets :) I pulled out tiny little "treasures" from here and there and brought them together to make a lovely vignette.
It saddens my heart knowing that these lovelies wont last forever....
Lilacs are my childhood flowers..... feeling a bit nostalgic..... |

I love your bouquet of lilas. I'm sure they smell lovely every time you pass them. I especially like the statue next to it, it's gorgeous. I am feeling a bit nostalgic myself, as my favorite cousin passed away last week and remembering all the times we had growing up.
ReplyDeleteYour home looks so nice, thanks for giving us a peek at it.

ReplyDeleteDear Angela,
ReplyDeleteYour flower arrangement in that footed vase is divine! I can smell it all the way here in DC :)
Is that a vintage trophy cup? I love lilacs but they sometimes get powdery mildew in muggy DC.
Cheers,
Loi
